US Global Trade Operations Custom Manager

High Tech Genesis is hiring a manager responsible for overseeing the accurate execution of all U.S. import, export, and post-entry activities across all modes of transportation, including land, air, and ocean.

Responsibilities:

• Direct engagement with government agencies to be updated to current requirements.

• Primary contact with central areas of GTC, Legal, Logistics, classification and Business Units.

• Provide support in all internal or external audits

• Responsible of providing financial reporting of customs expenses by Plant/Business Unit.

• Monitor KPIs (Internal, External Brokers)

• Execute management of GTO personnel & identify the teams needs

• Professional Degree (+6 years’ experience)

• Language: English: Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office

• Management Experience

• Basic accounting knowledge

• Project Management Skills

• Analytical and reasoning skills for escalation to manager/leadership

• Customs Specific: Require US Import/Export and logistic experience

• Teamwork ability

• Proactivity and Decision making

• Proactivity
