We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with a strong telecom background and hands-on network automation experience to support solution design, testing, integration, and deployment activities across network environments.

In this role you will;

• Review solution architecture and translate it into network blueprints

• Define and execute test plans, document test cases, and capture test results

• Perform lab testing, analyze results, and maintain testing logs

• Create detailed network designs based on blueprints and lab validation

• Develop telecom integration documentation, including build books

• Ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements

• Define and document deployment strategies

• Guide Telecom Integrators through implementation and resolve design or integration issues

• Coordinate installations with field technicians and business owners for maintenance windows

• Support migrations and deployments through root cause analysis and impact analysis

• Transition solutions to Operations, including documentation updates, training, and knowledge transfer

• Support day-to-day telecom requests by assisting the Assessment & Qualification (A&Q) team with labor and material estimates

• Conduct preliminary site visits and field inspections when required

• Ensure compliance with applicable security, architecture, and delivery standards

• Strong network engineering and telecom background

• Heavy experience with network automation

• Proficiency in:

  • PyATS

  • Python

  • Bash

  • Terraform

• Certification in CCNA and or CCNP

• Experience with Microsoft Azure

• Strong documentation and cross-team communication skill

• Ability to work independently and guide other technical teams

Nice to have:

• Experience in large-scale telecom or enterprise environments

• Lab testing and field deployment coordination experience

• Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments
