Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale integration and modernization initiatives within a financial services environment. This role will drive cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external partners, ensuring successful execution of complex technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of integration and transformation programs.

• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and executive reporting.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology.

• Drive API, cloud, data, platform, and third-party integrations.

• Facilitate technical design discussions and remove delivery roadblocks.

• Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.

• 8+ years of technology program management experience.

• 5+ years within banking, fintech, payments, treasury, or financial services.

• Experience leading enterprise integrations, platform modernization, or M&A integrations.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud technologies (AWS preferred), microservices, payments, and financial platforms.

• Experience managing complex cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.

• Experience with deposits, treasury management, payment networks, digital assets, or cash management solutions.

• Exposure to modern core banking platforms.
