Your responsibilities include:
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Procurement and SCM modules to support clients’ procure-to-pay and supply chain operations.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Design and deploy end-to-end procure-to-pay solutions, customizing Oracle modules to match clients’ processes.
• Perform assessments of clients’ procurement and supply chain workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance to client teams, conduct workshops, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering process optimization recommendations and strategic insights on Oracle functionality.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth integrations with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Lead testing phases (unit, integration, user acceptance); manage issue resolution and ensure quality.
• Participate in all phases of project delivery, from scoping and design through go-live support and stabilization.
• Keep abreast of Oracle’s latest enhancements and evolving SCM capabilities; advise clients on leveraging new features.
• Contribute to the growth of our practice — including mentoring junior resources, developing methodologies, and supporting business development efforts.
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years’ hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Fusion modules in the procurement / SCM space.
• Experience in 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects (Procurement, SCM modules).
• Strong understanding of procurement processes: sourcing, supplier management, contracts, purchasing, self-service procurement, and supplier portal.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g. REST APIs, web services, Oracle Integration Cloud or similar).
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or equivalent Oracle reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communicator, able to engage both business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks in dynamic environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual (English / French)
