Your responsibilities include:
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, ensuring solutions align with client business goals and industry best practices.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to analyze and refine financial processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Finance applications to meet unique business requirements across core areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Tax.
• Guide clients through fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process optimization.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to enable effective adoption of Oracle solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights to streamline financial operations and improve system utilization.
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless connections with existing enterprise systems.
• Support and manage testing phases, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing, ensuring smooth deployments.
• Provide end-to-end project participation, from initial scoping through post-go-live support and stabilization.
• Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud updates, advising on new features and enhancements that can drive further client value.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as practice development, methodology improvements, and mentoring of junior staff.
Job requirements
• 3–4 years of direct experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Hands-on involvement in 1–2 full lifecycle implementations, with at least one on Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial processes including accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Oracle Cloud Finance certification is an asset.
• Familiarity with integration tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Exposure to data conversion, pre- and post-go-live support activities.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and distributed teams.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor junior resources and support team development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Technology (or related field).
