Your responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and enhance new site features and integrations to meet evolving business and marketing goals.

• Partner with brand, marketing, and customer experience teams to turn ideas into functional, high-performing web solutions.

• Manage and extend third-party integrations and custom code enhancements across the platform.

• Perform quality assurance testing, resolve defects, and continuously optimize site performance.

• Ensure the site architecture supports scalability, data security, and regulatory compliance as growth continues.

• Keep current with emerging tools, frameworks, and eCommerce trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on web development experience with modern eCommerce or digital platforms.

• Proven success in maintaining and evolving existing builds, not just creating new implementations.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with template or CMS frameworks (e.g., Liquid, Twig, Handlebars, etc.).

• Experience integrating third-party apps, APIs, and extensions into complex web ecosystems.

• Solid debugging and performance optimization skills, with attention to scalability and UX.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills; bilingual fluency (English/French) is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting large-scale eCommerce sites through major launches, seasonal peaks, or periods of rapid growth.

• Knowledge of modern headless commerce frameworks and front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, or similar component-based architectures.

• Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and performance marketing integrations to drive data-informed improvements.
