Our partner, a major IT systems integrator is looking for a Programmer Analyst to join their team as soon as possible. The position is fully remote within the Province of Quebec. This will be a 12-month contract position and the end-client organization operates in a French speaking work environment.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform environment. The Programmer will play a key role in the design, integration and optimization of ServiceNow solutions within the project to replace Service Desk. The position requires both in-depth technical expertise to ensure the implementation of the tool, as well as professional skills to support, train and upskill the internal team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design, configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet customer needs.
Analyze user requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Create and manage workflows, forms and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
Provide technical support and resolve ServiceNow configuration issues.
Carry out the activities assigned to him/her as part of the implementation of the ITSM module of the ServiceNow product.
Job requirements
Language: French: verbal and written
Minimum five (5) years' experience in the IT field, including three (3) years as an administrator and/or configurator on the ServiceNow platform
Demonstrate knowledge of configuring a CMDB based on ServiceNow’s CSDM framework
The following certifications are an asset:
ITIL Foundation v3 or v4.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Assets:
Practical experience in using the automated testing capabilities (ATF) offered in the platform;
Experience in carrying out a project using the agile approach.

Autonomous, rigorous and methodical
Personal communication skills, both oral and written, in the context of coaching and developing the skills of an internal production team
The resource must undergo the process to obtain a level 1 security clearance from the Ministère de la Sécurité publique
Good tolerance for ambiguity and stress
