Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing executive stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, governance, risk management, and organizational change experience within complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise projects from planning through execution.

• Develop project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and status reports.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project priorities.

• Support executive stakeholders with governance, reporting, and decision-making.

• Manage project risks, issues, budgets, resources, and timelines.

• Prepare executive presentations and project updates.

• Drive organizational readiness and support change initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience leading enterprise initiatives.

• Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.

• Experience with Planview, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.

• Experience delivering large-scale business transformation, organizational change, or strategic initiatives.

• Background in public sector, financial services, or other large enterprise environments.
