We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Operations (EDC) – Data Delivery Enablement team. If you love solving complex data problems, building trusted data models, and working across business and technical teams, this role gives you the platform to make a real impact.

In this role, you will: 

• Lead the design of conceptual, logical, and physical data models

• Map and validate data lineage and source‑to‑target flows

• Define transformation logic and create ETL specifications

• Work hands‑on within the Azure + Databricks ecosystem

• Translate business requirements into clear technical user stories

• Identify data gaps and quality issues, and help drive solutions

• Support data governance through standards, metadata, and documentation

• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with business and technical partners

• Communicate complex data concepts in simple, clear language

• Produce high‑quality documentation that supports delivery and sign‑off

• Bachelor’s degree

• 7+ years as a Data Analyst

• Experience in at least one domain: Risk, Finance, or CRM

• 2+ years with one of: Moody’s CreditLens, an ERP platform, or Salesforce

• 2+ years of hands‑on Databricks experience (Mandatory)

• Strong data modelling skills (conceptual, logical, physical)

• Deep understanding of data lineage and source‑to‑target mapping

• Advanced SQL

• Experience with ETL design and data pipelines

• Azure Data Platform (ADF, Synapse, SQL, storage patterns)
