Your next chapter starts here.

The Salesforce Security Assessment Specialist will assess and strengthen the security of Cira’s Salesforce environment by reviewing configurations, identifying vulnerabilities, and delivering actionable recommendations to protect data integrity and confidentiality. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce and IT/Solutions Architecture, with deep knowledge of security best practices and Salesforce functionality.

In this role you will;

• Document current and future-state functional architecture and security frameworks.

• Review and document security configurations, including authentication, API security, encryption, object- and field-level access, sharing, and overall access controls.

• Evaluate custom code, automations, and components to identify unused, inefficient, or ineffective elements, and provide practical improvement recommendations.

• Assess logging and integration configurations, noting gaps and opportunities for enhancement.

• Review workflows, rules, and flows to identify optimization opportunities and alignment with best practices.

• Examine data masking approaches, release processes, and source control practices for potential improvements.

• Establish a security baseline aligned with recognized frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001:2022, CIS) and maintain a risk register.

• Summarize findings and recommendations in a concise executive-level report for stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience reviewing and assessing Salesforce security configurations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while balancing multiple priorities.
