High Tech Genesis seeks an expert to design and manage AWS-based Open RAN solutions, optimize Kubernetes, and automate deployments. Join us to innovate in cloud-native telecom.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Oversee AWS-based cloud resources for Open RAN deployments

  • Design and implement Open RAN architecture with seamless cloud integration

  • Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters for high-performing Open RAN workloads

  • Implement monitoring and automated incident response for minimal downtime

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, collaborating across teams to drive innovation

Job requirements

  • Demonstrated experience automating cloud and Open RAN CU/DU deployment (preferably using tools like Airflow, Ansible, and Terraform)

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing AWS-based cloud resources for Open RAN deployments.

  • Demonstrated experience managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters for Open RAN workloads.

  • Demonstrated experience creating technical documentation

  • Demonstrated experience creating CI/CD pipelines with Python

Desired skills

  • Excellent communication skills for documenting requirements and facilitating discussions with stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to team challenges

  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes tools (Helm, Prometheus) for managing and automating operations
