Product Release Specialist

We are seeking a Product Release Specialist to evaluate product readiness before release by testing real-world user experiences, identifying usability gaps, and providing customer-focused feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate products in realistic customer use cases and identify experience gaps.

• Validate product readiness and usability before release.

• Document findings and track issues through resolution.

• Re-test features as improvements are implemented.

• Contribute to customer-facing documentation and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product evaluation, release readiness, QA, UX validation, or a related field.

• Experience assessing consumer products from an end-user perspective.

• Strong documentation and issue-tracking skills.

• Ability to identify usability, clarity, and customer experience issues.
