Product Design Lead (UX/UI)

We are seeking an experienced Product Design Lead (UX/UI) to define and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across a multi-platform ecosystem. This role combines hands-on product design with design leadership, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and high-quality user experience while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of intuitive, user-focused digital experiences.

• Establish and evolve scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards.

• Translate product requirements into polished, development-ready designs.

• Lead and mentor a small team of designers while promoting design excellence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.

• Balance detailed execution with strategic, system-level thinking to improve product usability and consistency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience, including 3+ years leading design teams.

• Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, design systems, and complex workflows.

• Experience creating scalable interaction patterns across multiple digital touchpoints.

• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing products that integrate hardware and software.

• Familiarity with operational or service-based applications.

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted design workflows.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
