Location:         Montreal, QC

Term:               Permanent

High Tech Genesis is seeking a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. You’ll manage multiple workflows, track details, organize information, and ensure clear communication with teams and suppliers—keeping everything on track and moving forward.

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Build, track and update project timelines, build milestones, and material readiness.

  • Ensure required materials are available at the right location on time (Clear to build process), track part arrivals & inventory availability, and initiate inventory transfers.

  • Track progress on all POs, deliveries, builds, issue resolution, and document releases.

  • Track issues like delivery delays, shortages, and NCRs, escalating as needed.

  • Prepare updates and documentation for manufacturing progress reviews

  • Support inventory management and warehousing teams on inbound/outbound coordination.

  • Assist with document distribution: BOMs, change notices, SOPs, picking lists, etc.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, project coordination, or similar admin role involving coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts

  • University degree or the equivalent in Operations management, logistics, project management, administration

Bonus skill:

  • Project management experience a plus

  • PowerBI knowledge, experience working ERP, PLM systems

  • Experience working with manufacturing teams or in a hardware startup an asset

  • Bilingual English and French

  • Strong communicator — written, verbal, and cross-functional
