 High Tech Genesis is seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with 5–10 years of experience to design and deliver data visualizations and interactive dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of connecting to diverse data sources, particularly Databricks and Excel, and be able to translate business needs into impactful visual reports.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards by connecting to multiple data sources including Databricks and Excel spreadsheets.

• Collaborate closely with business users to gather and understand data visualization requirements.

• Present multiple dashboard layout options to stakeholders, iterate based on feedback, and finalize the design.

• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, performance-optimized, and meet business KPIs.

• Maintain and enhance existing dashboards as business needs evolve.

Required skills and experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in Power BI development.

• Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices.

• Experience working with Databricks and Excel as data sources.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desired skill:

Experience in the Health and Safety and/or Sustainability domains is a strong asset.
