Job description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role will assist with digital marketing, communications, social media, website content, email campaigns, events, sales support, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website, print, and event channels.

  • Create and update marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters, case studies, and website content.

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, list management, and reporting.

  • Maintain website content, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets.

  • Coordinate trade shows, webinars, training programs, and customer events.

  • Support sales teams with presentations, promotional materials, and market research.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.

  • Assist with graphic design, video editing, and content creation.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and customers to ensure projects are completed on time.

  • Monitor and report on marketing performance using analytics and CRM tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of social media, content marketing, email marketing, and campaign coordination.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, and marketing tools.

  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.

  • Experience supporting events, vendor coordination, and client communications.

  • Familiarity with CMS, CRM, and LMS platforms.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, website content management, and digital marketing best practices.

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

  • Experience in B2B, technology, manufacturing, or channel-partner environments.

  • Experience supporting product launches, webinars, newsletters, training programs, and website updates.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, online learning platforms, and sales enablement tools.
