We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Automation Specialist to build, deploy, and optimize email marketing programs using Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll develop responsive email templates, manage automated workflows, and support data‑driven marketing initiatives that drive engagement with Canadian businesses.

In this role, you will: 

• Build, test, and deploy emails, landing pages, and automated workflows

• Develop responsive, accessible templates (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON)

• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis

• Ensure CASL‑compliant email operations

• Participate in agile ceremonies and manage tasks in Azure DevOps

• Collaborate with marketing, content, analytics, and product teams

• 5+ years in digital marketing, including 3+ years as an email specialist (B2B)

• Hands‑on experience with Eloqua or similar platforms

• Strong HTML/CSS email development skills

• Experience with CASL‑compliant email design

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience

Assets:

• Eloqua certifications

• Experience in B2B, financial services, or regulated environments

• CRM and analytics experience

• Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows
