We’re seeking an HR Coordinator to work closely with the Head of HR and support the seamless execution of our human resources operations. In this role, you’ll serve as a vital link between employees, departments, and leadership while assisting with day‑to‑day HR activities.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (BambooHR), as well as organizational documents, policies, and reports.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee requests and inquiries, providing timely and accurate support across all HR-related matters.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment activities as needed and keep the ATS updated throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, conduct background checks, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Coordinate group and individual training sessions based on development needs, create surveys, and track training expenses for year‑end reporting.

• Compile a comprehensive overview of performance review results to support organizational insights.

• Manage bi‑weekly payroll processing and oversee group benefits onboarding and offboarding.

• Share company updates and organize activities that support culture and employee engagement.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role (such as recruitment, HR administration, or related functions).

• Professional HR certification (CRHA, CHRP, or SHRM) considered a strong asset.

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus skill:

• Bilingual English and French written and spoken.
