Term:               Contract

High Tech Genesis is employing a HR Change and Communications Analyst to lead the people-focused aspects of a global HR integration program, fostering engagement, streamlining communication, and guiding employees through change.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for all aspects of organizational change management (OCM) related to the HR Integration program

  • Plan and execute the OCM plan in a cross-functional manner and co-ordinate with focal points across the acquired organization

  • Develop and implement business readiness assessments, Change assessment questionnaires, Communication plans

  • Develop and implement Stakeholder analysis, Impact assessments, Training needs analysis, plans, collateral and create and deploy training and communication

  • Create change networks and bring innovation and efficiency to supporting users through the change journey

  • Create key change artefacts including structured communications, training material etc.

  • Lead stakeholder workshops

  • Developing and embedding new ways of working to help users transition to their target state

  • Implement a meeting cadence and content to monitor and control execution of the OCM plan with the different functional teams

  • Execute all processes and procedures established necessary for organizational change management, with clearly defined KPIs/metrics to measure performance and adoption

  • Assess and verify progress with key milestones in the OCM plan in relation to scope, cost and timing commitments

  • Operate as primary point of contact for all topics related to organizational change management and communication across the program

  • Own and drive resolution of issues and risks that are directly linked to organizational change management and communication

  • Ensure compliance with release management and change management practices

 

Job requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant change management experience in global organisations

  • Demonstrable experience and expertise in organizational change management, people communications and training within a HR or HR IT function, along with a proven track record of producing results

  • Experience of HR systems and applications e.g. Workday, ADP, Cornerstone, Skillsoft etc.

  • Demonstrable experience with creation and execution of organizational change management plans, with specific focus on communications, training and testing activities

  • Knowledge and experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Education:

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across project team, key partners and executive management

  • Change management diploma, certification or similar qualification (APMG or PROSCI) is desirable

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business or equivalent
