We’re looking for a Full‑Stack Developer with strong Go and React experience and solid engineering fundamentals. You’ll design and build reliable applications, make informed architectural decisions, and work effectively in an AI‑assisted development environment.

In this role, you will: 

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Go (backend) and React (frontend).

• Own features end‑to‑end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

• Evaluate and refine AI‑generated code, ensuring quality, correctness, and alignment with engineering standards.

• Make informed technical decisions, balancing trade‑offs between performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver high‑impact solutions.

• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system reliability.

• Use AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering rigor.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Required skills and experience:

• Strong experience with Go (Golang) for backend development.

• Strong experience with React and modern frontend tooling.

• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and system design.

• Proven experience building and maintaining production‑grade applications.

• Ability to assess code quality, architecture, and technical trade‑offs with clarity and confidence.

• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools effectively, with the ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated output.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and a pragmatic, product‑focused mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

• Background in distributed systems or high‑performance backend services.

• Experience contributing to technical documentation or internal tooling
