We are seeking an engineer experienced in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Verint Telligent Community to build enterprise web experiences, integrate community platforms, and ensure high performance across systems.

 

In this role, you will: 

 

  • Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, Sling Models, OSGi services, and HTL-based components

  • Work on AEM 6.5 authoring workflows, publishing, permissions, and content lifecycle

  • Troubleshoot AEM issues involving rendering, workflows, bundles, and JCR structure

  • Enhance Telligent Community features (forums, blogs, discussions, profiles, activity streams)

  • Customize Telligent using APIs, widgets, extensions, and theming

  • Integrate Telligent content into AEM-managed pages

  • Support community configuration, metadata, SEO, and platform customization

  • Collaborate with Verint support on upgrades and platform issues

  • Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher and caching strategies

  • Support CDN behavior and diagnose performance or stability issues

  • Work with UX, content teams, community managers, and platform engineering

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and documentation

Job requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on AEM development experience

  • Strong understanding of AEM 6.5, Sling, OSGi, and JCR

  • Experience building components with HTL/Sightly

  • Practical experience working with Verint Telligent Community (APIs, widgets, customization)

  • Familiarity with AEM Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies

  • Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Strong communication skills and experience working within Agile teams

 

Bonus skills:

  • Adobe AEM Developer or Sites certification

  • Experience supporting high‑traffic or customer‑facing community platforms

  • Exposure to community moderation workflows, metadata management, or SEO optimization

  • Experience collaborating with platform vendors such as Adobe or Verint
