WE'RE HIRING!

At HTG, you’ll push boundaries with the latest tech and collaborate with a team that loves what they do. Be part of a design services company that is amongst the companies that lead the world in technology and innovation.

We’re seeking an DevSecOps Engineer to accelerate how we build, test, and secure software. You’ll craft secure CI/CD pipelines and seamless workflows from code to production, using your expertise in automation, scripting, and DevSecOps to turn complexity into simplicity.

Your next chapter starts here.

In this role, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain efficient, secure CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

• Develop reusable automation scripts and frameworks in Python and Ansible to streamline testing, packaging, and deployment workflows.

• Integrate automated security scanning, Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) generation, compliance validation, and vulnerability remediation into CI/CD processes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Anchore, Trivy, Grype, OpenSCAP, or equivalents).

• Build and maintain automation for containerized application deployment and testing using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Automate setup and configuration of monitoring and logging systems leveraging technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stacks.

• Identify and eliminate manual bottlenecks, propose automation strategies, and contribute to shared frameworks that improve reliability, velocity, and compliance.

Job requirements

• Strong experience designing and managing declarative or scripted pipelines in CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

• Proficiency in Python and Ansible for automation, configuration management, and orchestration

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in automated build, test, and deployment workflows

• Familiarity with integrating security and compliance tools (static/dynamic analysis, vulnerability scanning, SBOM generation) into CI/CD pipelines

• Solid understanding of Git-based workflows, DevSecOps principles, and automated testing practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with compliance or security automation frameworks (e.g., CIS benchmarks, NIST standards, or organization-specific hardening guidelines)

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK

• Exposure to cloud-native CI/CD and policy-as-code systems such as OPA, Terraform Cloud, Harness, or Argo Workflows

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on process improvement and scalability

Soft skills:

• Passion for automating repetitive or error-prone tasks

• Attention to detail and commitment to security-first design

• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional DevSecOps teams

• Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging automation and security technologies
