We are seeking an experienced Cutover Lead to manage the transition from legacy systems to Workday. This role owns the end‑to‑end cutover plan and ensures technical, business, and operational readiness for Day 1.

In this role, you will: 

• Build and manage the cutover strategy, runbook, timeline, and go/no‑go criteria

• Lead execution of cutover activities through go‑live and hypercare

• Coordinate across IT, business teams, SMEs, OCM, and external vendors

• Align technical readiness (integrations, access, environments) with business process readiness

• Facilitate planning sessions, drive decisions, and escalate risks early

• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies; manage mitigation and contingency plans

• Proven experience leading cutover for large enterprise or SaaS implementations

• Workday experience strongly preferred (SAP/Oracle Cloud also relevant)

• Strong understanding of integrations, provisioning, and deployment processes

• Excellent coordination, facilitation, and communication skills

• Hands‑on, proactive leader comfortable with tight timelines and ambiguity
