Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex modernization initiative involving large-scale data migration, digital applications, document management, and case management systems. The successful candidate will work with diverse stakeholder groups and oversee the project through development, implementation, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects through development, implementation, and operational start-up, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and performance requirements.
Define and document project objectives, requirements, roles, responsibilities, and resource needs.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, and dependencies.
Manage large and diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify project risks, issues, scheduling conflicts, and dependencies and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
Manage project change requests and their impact on scope, schedule, and deliverables.
Conduct critical path and schedule analysis.
Prepare project reports, charts, schedules, presentations, and other project documentation.
Coordinate project activities and schedules across internal and external teams.
Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are completed as planned.
Lead project completion activities and obtain appropriate project sign-off.
Job requirements
Valid PMP certification in good standing.
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience coordinating complex projects involving large data migrations.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with the Canadian Government.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing large and diverse stakeholder groups.
Nice to have
2+ years of court system and/or legal industry experience.
Experience implementing or managing client-facing online applications.
Strong experience with online/electronic document management solutions.
Experience implementing Case Management Systems.
