High Tech Genesis is hiring an AI Systems Developer to design and build AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative systems that meet business goals and customer needs.

In this role, you will: 

  • Analyze the AI needs of the organization and propose innovative solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI systems and applications.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop AI models.

  • Integrate AI solutions to existing technologies.

  • Perform data mining and apply machine learning techniques.

  • Perform testing and quality assurance of AI applications and systems.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI.

  • Train and educate staff about the potential and practical applications of AI.

  • Ensure the ethical use of AI and compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Document and explain AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Optimize existing AI applications and systems for improved performance and functionality.

Job requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working with AI software development languages such as C# and Python

  • Proficiency in machine learning libraries and algorithms

  • Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture

  • University degree in Software Engineering or equivalent post-secondary education and/or experience required

Soft skills:

  • Demonstrated success in designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions

  • Commitment to ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance

  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and proactively staying at the forefront of AI trends, advancements, and best practices

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of tailoring complex concepts to both technical and business-focused audiences

  • Skilled at leveraging cross-functional collaboration to integrate AI capabilities across enterprise systems and processes

  • Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Innovator with a high energy level
