In this role, you will: 

  • Lead agile delivery teams using frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to plan, execute, and deliver technology initiatives.

  • Ensure teams maintain alignment with customer needs and business outcomes through effective prioritization and value‑based decision‑making.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous learning.

  • Identify and remove delivery impediments while supporting overall team health and sustainable delivery practices.

  • Act as the primary liaison between delivery teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency around objectives, progress, risks, and dependencies.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Track delivery performance using metrics and data‑driven insights to support continuous improvement.

  • Support application operations by effectively leveraging ticketing and service management systems.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology or digital projects.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting application operations using technology ticketing systems (e.g., Cherwell, ServiceNow).

  • Demonstrated experience delivering medium‑ to large‑scale technology initiatives.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different stakeholder groups.

  • Proven ability to respond effectively to change and manage shifting priorities in dynamic environments.

  • Bilingual (French and English) is preferred.

  • Agile or project management certifications such as PSM or PMP are considered assets.
