We are looking for support for networking and cloud services technologies providing Software Services and product support for Telecommunication Service Providers. You will be customer facing partnering with customers deploying, operating, and upgrade their solutions on our cloud infrastructure. You will be doing Software Upgrades and Patching, Technical and Product Support, and so Emergency Recovery.

The successful candidate will:

  • Perform software upgrades and patching on live customer networks during pre-determined maintenance windows
  • MoP’s (Methods of Procedures) will be provided but also development and continuously improving the Software Services product
  • Work mostly in North American 10pm to 5am PST
  • (Outside of scheduled maintenance), you will be get involved with Emergency Recovery for outages
  • Be troubleshooting and case resolution from issues during maintenance activities, as well as assisting with cases opened
  • Documenting and developing technical content and solutions
  • Working with engineers and technicians at all levels, including management layers, across multiple product lines


  • Experience and demonstrated success, planned maintenance environment in Telecom
  • Capable of troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Fundamental L2/L3 networking knowledge: network stacks, switching, routing, firewalls, etc.
  • Hands-on experience working with Linux
  • Exposure to SDN, Network Function Virtualization
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Skilled with ELK stack
