System Test & Automation Manager

High Tech Genesis is seeking a Senior Manager for System Test & Automation you will be responsible for managing a team of Automation Framework Developers OR CI (Regression) execution. As a leader you would be expected to inspire and motivate the team under you to deliver the best-in-class services to the rest of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• As Senior Manager you will be instrumental in leading a team of SW QA Automation engineers
• YOU will drive new automation processes, standards, tools, training, and proposals
• YOU will collaborate with other managers and leaders from across the organization to deliver on common goals
• YOU will Lead Automation enhancements in reporting results, providing timely information to project leads to make informed quality decisions, and provide analysis tools for tracking result trends and quality benchmarks

• BSEE/BSCS coupled with 5+ years in engineering management
• 5+ years of experience in automation testing integrated with the CI/CD pipeline
• Hands-on experience with automation modularization, APIs, standards and frameworks
• Experience championing automation deliverables in Agile SW development processes
• Extensive knowledge of Automation frameworks, environments, and practices
• Outstanding communication, presentation and influencing skills

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of routing and switching technologies
• Experience as a Scrum Master or leading Scrums
• Experience with lab infrastructure
