High Tech Genesis is looking for a Senior Manager of Safety & Certification who has worked in Aerospace or Automotive or Industrial.

You will work with stakeholders to manage a highly skilled development team delivering the internal and external tools, at a cloud scale, and process across the complete lifecycle of certified products.

Responsibilities:

• Will be instrumental in assisting the “Certification completed before development begins” creating a more cost effect, proactive approach to the certification process, across multiple cross functional teams
• Guide teams as they implement the DO-178 Safety Certification standard process
• Work cross functionally, and with partners to define the processes for future certification

• Manager in a software engineering functional for functional safe software systems
• Experience in A&D, Automotive or Industrial for certification tools and processes
• 3+ years of experience with software safety certifications
• 3+ years as an expert in requirements management, certification processes DO-178 and if possible ISO26262 and or IEC61508.
• 6+ years working in the software development arena
• 4+ years of experience with agile scrum, and continuous integration
• 3+ years of experience with cloud tools, on cloud platforms; like AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and DockerBSc / MSc degree (Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent technical degree
