Working in Human Resources as a Senior Resource Analyst your role is multidisciplinary and contributes to keeping the business running smoothly, efficiently, and profitable. As a resource professional you have responsibilities in various activities such as daily operations, planning for growth, contracts management, project management and support, resource management, recruiting, budgeting, cost control, procurement, process improvement, and communication. Additional responsibilities may be assigned to support the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with worldwide Operations staff to manage and expand multiple location resource pool
  • Conduct initial assessment of resource requests and assign suitable resources to projects
  • Work cooperatively with Subcontractor Coordinators and project managers to recruit new contingent workers and vendors and facilitate interview and selection process
  • Oversee onboarding and training programs for new staff
  • Assist Project Managers and Delivery Directors to:
  • Update project financial spreadsheets
  • Set up project meetings and prepares minutes
  • Create and track purchase requests for project related purchases
  • Work with various departments to revise and update approval requirements and proposal templates
  • Make travel arrangements and maintain expense reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tool set
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English
  • Detail oriented with ability to work with high levels of quality and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired
