This person must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a passion to go above and beyond to help our customers. Your main responsibilities will be to provide exceptional support and training to our employees and taking ownership of support trouble tickets (in ServiceNow) and contacting the user to help them out while trouble shooting and resolving problems hands on, face to face.
• Windows knowledge from a support perspective
• MAC support experience
• Understanding of IP networking
• Windows networking
• Good understanding of Active Directory and being able to query it while troubleshooting
